Oreo Cheesecake Parfait

This yummy treat is super easy to make you don’t have to bake.

Simple ingredients and in no time at all you will have a dessert that will be devoured by all.

Ingredients:  1 package of Oreo cookies

4 Tbs. butter

1 cups of heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup of sugar

2 (8oz.) pkg of cream cheese

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup of lemon juice

1 tsp. of vanilla extract

Hot fudge sauce

Directions:  1. Place 20 Oreos in a food processor,or place into a plastic gallon bag, releasing all the air.

Then crush up the Oreos with a rolling pin.Take the crushed  Cookies and add 4 Tbs of melted butter.

Mix together and spoon mixture into the bottom of glasses and press firmly. Reserve the rest for another layer.

Spoon a thin layer of hot fudge on top, just enough to cover the cookie crust.

2. Next beat the cream cheese in an electric mixer until creamy smooth.

Slowly drizzle in the sweetened condensed milk and then add the lemon juice and vanilla extract.

Now layer this mixture on top of the Oreo crust.

3. Now sprinkle some of the crushed Oreos on top and spoon on some hot fudge sauce.

4. Place into the fridge to set. (about and hour or two)

5.  For the whipped cream, pour the whipping cream into a bowl and whisk with an electric mixer on high for about 3 min.

You should see peaks form. Then add your sugar and whip till combined.

Refrigerate until ready to serve, then dollop on top and garnish with Oreo crumbles.
