Start The Day Off Right
When your children wake up in the morning its fun to have things decorated and be prepared with a fun and festive table.
I like to set out a plate of cookies for the little Leprechaun’s that come to visit us for St. Patrick’s day.
It is really one of those holidays that is no stress, but can be a lot of fun.
There is not much work involved in adding some green food coloring to most of your food for the day.
In case you are wondering why you haven’t seen these donuts in your grocery store, its because we added the fun green on top.
It is easy to turn almost anything you have in your cabinet into something fun for the holiday.
Just by melting some white chocolate and adding green food coloring you can decorate any food.
Just drizzle it over the top and if you have some festive sprinkles the melted chocolate will hold it like glue.
It was fun to do it to the donuts and then put them back in the box for the family to find.
As though it had happened by magic.
By adding a touch of green food coloring to your lemonade or milk you then have a St. Patrick’s Day drink to wash down the yummy donuts.
The lesson here is, by simply adding some green food coloring you can turn almost anything in your cabinet into a fun and festive St. Patrick’s Day table.
