Organization Station
The first week of the new year is over and the kids have started back to school.
Everybody wants a fresh start and sometimes that start can be a tough one.
You feel the need to be organized, but that always easier said than done.
We have a great tip to set up an organization station that works for the whole family.
It takes up very little room and costs very little money and even more importantly only takes a few moments to set up.
By simply buying a small dish drying rack you can create an organization center that keeps all you important papers together.
(We found ours at Target, but you can usually pick them up at the dollar store)
The drying rack works perfectly for file folders and the silverware compartment is the perfect place for all the supplies you may need to get your work done.
Here are some helpful tools to keep handy so that you have everything in one spot.
I also like to keep extra stamps and envelopes at the station as well.
We also purchased the plastic magazine holder in the dollar spot at target to hold the kids books, extra paper, or other bulky items that may not fit in the drying rack. By placing a label on the front you can assign a bin for each family member. It is also a good idea to use different colors to organize each individual.
Whether it’s bills or homework or any important papers, this work station will keep you organized and on the road to a successful year!
