Go Green for Breakfast!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone.
For breakfast why not use a natural clover shape?
When you cut through a pepper, you get that clover shape with no effort what so ever.
So slice them up and stick em on the griddle.
As you let those sizzle a bit, scramble up some fresh eggs.
Of course for this special day, we felt the need to add some green food coloring.
Just a drop will do.
Now just pour your eggs into the peppers. They will act as a mold.
Let it cook all the way through before you flip it to the other side.
Otherwise, you will have a sloppy mess.
You can serve in the pepper or peel the pepper away and the egg will hold the clover shape.
Once it’s all cooked, get creative and position the peppers for the perfect St. Patrick’s Day plate.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
